Delivery methods

We offer several delivery options to make it easier to receive your purchases based on your preferences and location.

1) Pick up at the workshop

  • Order before 2 p.m. and collect your package the next day from 2 p.m. directly from our workshop.
  • The workshop is open from Monday to Saturday , from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Workshop address : 7 avenue Léon Eyrolles, 94230 Cachan.

2) Delivery in Metropolitan France

  • Your order will be shipped within 48 hours .
  • Indicative delivery time : between 3 and 4 working days .
  • Delivery made by La Poste to your home (tracked letter) :
    • Delivery costs : €5.
    • Free delivery from 50€ purchase .

3) Delivery outside Metropolitan France

  • Your order will be shipped within 48 hours .
  • Indicative delivery time : between 6 and 7 working days .
  • Delivery made by La Poste to your home (tracked letter) :
    • Delivery costs : €6.95.


Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return or exchange the item under certain conditions.

Return period

  • You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return the item to us.

Return conditions

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and must not be damaged.

Return procedure

Refund

  • The refund will be made upon receipt and verification of the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
