Refund policy
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer customers have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw before the expiry of the 14-day period, by means of a clear statement expressing their wish to withdraw, by email to the following address:

The customer may use the withdrawal form template provided below, although its use is not mandatory.
After notifying their withdrawal, the customer has fourteen (14) days to return the product or products concerned to the address indicated above.
Products must be returned complete, unused, undamaged, in their original packaging where possible, and in a condition allowing them to be resold. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, used, or deteriorated may not be refunded, or may be subject to a reduction in value if its handling exceeds what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, Marie-Louise Orlach will refund the customer all sums paid, including the initial standard delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery method offered.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the date on which Marie-Louise Orlach is informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw. However, the refund may be deferred until the returned product has been received or until the customer has provided proof of shipment of the product, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to another refund method.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, certain products may not be subject to the right of withdrawal, in particular products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, as well as unsealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
